Your General Hospital spoilers weekly update for February 3-7, 2020, is here! Catch up on what you missed, get a sneak peek at what’s ahead, and find out how you can get involved in the soap opera community!
Things definitely got rocky on General Hospital this week, and it’s safe to say that someone was nearly scuttled! Michael saw the danger in letting Nelle spend time with Wiley, so he moved the young woman into the Quartermaine mansion… much to several people’s chagrin.
The danger of a much more immediate sort flared up when the entire Corinthos family found itself under attack, and in the exchange of gunfire, Laura wound up being shot.
Even as everyone was left reeling from that, Valentin had his own shake-up, having been served a court order that threatened to change his entire life. We may have already run aground, but next week, we might see a breakup! Here are the spoilers!
Sonny comes under increased scrutiny in the aftermath of the shooting, but the pressure doesn’t keep him from devising a plan to strike back at his enemies.
Something oddly similar could be said of Sasha, although her desire is less for revenge and more for an escape. A sense of being trapped will also weigh heavily on Nelle’s mind, even as she attempts to turn her less-than-ideal setting to her advantage.
Well, folks, we don’t need to tell you that schedule-changes and preemptions are going to be a continued risk in the coming days… but we can tell you that Soap Hub will keep you informed of what to expect, and how you can still see every episode. If you have any questions, feel free to voice them.
In fact, we want to hear any thoughts you might have at all! What did you like most about this week? What are you most excited to see next week? Share it all with everyone in the comments, and remember, there’s always more in the way of soap opera spoilers, news, and exclusive updates in our free newsletter. Until next time, though, fans, thanks so much for watching! I’m Pierce Culver, and I’ll see you again soon!
GH made its debut in 1963 and is the second longest-running daytime soap opera in American history. The longest-running sudser is Guiding Light. While it’s not the longest-running daytime drama, General Hospital is the longest-running soap opera currently on air.
The daytime drama outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households! From Luke (Tony Geary) and Laura’s (Genie Francis) gripping romance and wedding, to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and his mobster activities, GH knows how to please their viewers.
More then five decades of gripping drama has kept the daytime drama on the air as other soap operas were axed. GH is one of only four remaining soap operas currently on the air, with the other three being Days of our Lives (DAYS), The Young and the Restless (Y&R), and The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B). GH airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for air times.
