DAYS Weekly Recap

Things definitely got rocky on Days of our Lives this week, and it’s safe to say that someone was nearly scuttled! Will found out about the truth behind the accident, but he decided to stay in jail, since it was either that or condemn Maggie.

Even as he was keeping quiet, though, the truth about Princess Gina’s identity was coming out… but it was too late, as the woman had already kidnapped Marlena at gunpoint.

On the other side of that scheme was Stefano, who managed to convince John that Rafe had killed him… right before Gina – still masquerading as Hope – told the man that Marlena is dead. We may have already run aground, but next week, we might see a breakup! Here are the spoilers!

DAYS Weekly Teasers

Chad and Abigail feel their suspicions flaring after they discover the new portrait of Stefano, and they begin to follow a path that could be dangerous even for them.

Gabi sees danger of another sort approaching, as she scrambles to keep control of Julie’s heart. There’s also growing tension in the prison, after Ciara finds a new lead… and Clyde begins pushing Ben to mount an earnest breakout.

Days of our Lives’s History

DAYS made its debut in 1965 and is one of the longest-running daytime dramas in American history. It has outlasted other soap operas to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, five decades’s worth of storylines has kept viewers locked in and wanting more.

From Stefano DiMera’s (Joseph Mascolo) evil schemes to Victor Kiriakis’s (John Aniston) one-liners to the epic love story of Bo (Peter Reckell) and Hope (Kristian Alfonso), DAYS knows how to entertain and keep fans coming back for more. Sadly, times are shifting, and soap operas are shrinking.

Bringing the Drama

DAYS is one of only four remaining soap operas currently on the air. The other three daytime dramas include General Hospital (GH), The Young and the Restless (Y&R), and The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B). DAYS airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for air times.
