Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) is going to find himself in a whole lot of trouble and it all involves his Uncle Victor (Charles Shaughnessy). He has been told not to trust the man and it looks like he is going to find out why he should have heeded those warnings. Will Trina (Tabyana Ali) end up in the same trouble as her boyfriend?
It’s time for Willow’s (Katelyn MacMullen) bone marrow transplant, but Michael (Chad Duell) is going to have an update for Willow she may or may not like. When Carly (Laura Wright) and Drew (Cameron Mathison) have bad news, is it something about the procedure?
Holly (Emma Samms) reappears in Robert’s (Tristan Rogers) life after going into hiding last fall. She might be able to help Robert, Laura (Genie Francis), and Felicia (Kristina Wagner) figure out exactly what Victor is up to so Anna (Finola Hughes) and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) can finally rejoin Port Charles society — if, that is, Anna survives being shot by Victor!
Carly and Drew are the bearers of bad news. Do they know something about Willow?
Portia (Brook Kerr) expresses her concern. Does she have trouble finding Trina?
