General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, January 21, 2020, reveal a day of shock and intrigue. You won’t want to miss a moment of this edge-of-your-seat episode.
Nelle (Chloe Lanier) had to have known it was only a matter of time before she would run into Carly (Laura Wright), especially when she showed up at the latter’s place of business. So, of course, it doesn’t take long before the two enemies throw down over Wiley. Carly hurls threats in Nelle’s direction, leaving the younger woman shaken.
Michael (Chad Duell) finds Josslyn (Eden McCoy) on the docks and the two siblings catch up. When she hears what Nelle has been up to, Joss has very specific advice for her older brother. She advises that Willow revoke the adoption agreement with Brad (Parry Shen) if he’s not going to protect his son from Nelle. Will Michael agree?
Meanwhile, the woman herself is having second thoughts. Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) has a conversation with Sasha (Sofia Mattsson), second-guessing her decision to let Brad raise her son. She isn’t happy with the thought of him raising Wiley all on his own. Will Michael not have to do much to convince her to take her son back?
Sonny (Maurice Benard) remains oblivious to the drama unfolding back in Port Charles as he’s on the road with Jason (Steve Burton).
The two have a heart-to-heart talk as a worried Sonny tells his BFF that this plan has to work as Jason worries what will happen to Sonny if it doesn’t.

Will Lulu gloss over what her Omen child has done, or will the adults realize that Scarlett is once again acting out in a way that would freak out anyone not in a horror film?
Ava (Maura West) and Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) head back on a plane to Port Charles after their not-too-successful visit with Spencer (Nicolas Bechtel) and the two sort-of-marrieds come to an agreement.
Well, they will but there is at least one condition being dictated by the Dark Prince himself. Did Ava’s defense of him bring them closer?
