General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, July 2, 2020, reveal a huge moment in the trajectory of Sonny’s relationship with Michael in this blast from Sonny and his kids’ past… June 29, 2015, to be exact. You won’t want to miss a dramatic moment in this classic episode.
Michael (Chad Duell) will appear at Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) with Avery and Sabrina (Teresa Castillo). Sonny thinks it’s just for a visit but in fact, Michael is turning over the baby back to her father. A shocked Sonny wonders if it was Morgan (Bryan Craig) who changed Michael’s mind but it’s actually Sabrina who Sonny needs to thank.
She helped him deal with his anger and move past it. But while Sonny and Carly (Laura Wright) are surprised by Michael’s change of heart, especially after losing ELQ, they shouldn’t feel it’s all behind them yet. Michael will have a warning for Sonny — and he better pay close attention to what he has to say.
Sonny isn’t the only one in for a shock in this classic episode. Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) feels drawn to Valerie (Brytni Sarpy) and stuns her with a kiss. While things get hot between them, Valerie will question what in the world he thinks he’s doing — after all, there’s still Lulu to consider. Plus, Dante’s still upset over Lulu and Dillon (Robert Palmer Watkins).
Madeline (Donna Mills) and Ric (Rick Hearst) make for another shocking pairing — and they almost get caught by his wife (who also happens to be her daughter). Nina (Michelle Stafford) rants that her mother got out of prison with the help of a slick lawyer and few are as slick as her hubby so she confronts him. He will weasel out and distract her with a bright idea.
The idea is to make Franco jealous by flaunting their happiness. There will be a lot of that going around as Franco flaunts his “real” romance (and making Nina jealous) with ‘Denise’ (Maura West), who can’t take her eyes of Morgan and Kiki.
Everyone is using everyone in this game of trying not to admit who you really care for or to get over someone you can no longer have.
