The General Hospital Spoilers for October 28 – November 1, 2019 reveal a week of torment for Franco Baldwin and his family, a mystery illness for Alexis, romance for Lulu, and all-around trouble for Brad.
The judge renders her verdict in the Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) trial and all signs seem to point to disappointment for Mrs. Baldwin and company.
Cameron (William Lipton) is left crestfallen, Elizabeth emerges distraught, and Scotty (Kin Shriner) is left looking for help. Meanwhile, Franco is apparently out of Shadybrook because Sonny (Maurice Bernard) will be offering him an outlet.
The only thing that is for certain is that Franco will be looking at Kim (Tamara Braun) in a whole new light following her witness-stand admission that she drugged and tried to rape the real Drew Cain in a bid to sire another child.
Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) apparently never heard the old saying “be wary of strangers who come bearing gifts.” Or if she had she’s certainly ignoring some sound advice.
Instead, she will consume that tainted dietary supplement provided by a revenge-fueled Kendra (Michelle Argyris) and by the end of the week, she exhibits flu-like symptoms. Just what is Kendra’s endgame?
And is she possibly in league with snarky Cassandra (Jessica Tuck)? Alexis’s illness certainly sounds like it’s mimicking Sasha’s…
Spoilers promise a big week for Michael (Chad Duell) and Lulu (Emme Rylan). The former has his friendship with Chase (Josh Swickard) tested and grows impatient while the latter is caught kissing Dustin (Mark Lawson), whom she reveals has a very captivating side.

In other Port Charles news, Julian (William deVry) continues to undermine Brad (Parry Shen) who joins Lucas (Ryan Carnes) for couples counseling while Laura (Genie Francis) concocts a theory that she shares with Jax (Ingo Rademacher).
It seems that Julian is becoming more and more wary of Brad and may decide to tell the truth sooner rather than later. Won’t that be an identity shocker for Lucas and Michael?
Finally, spoilers say that Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) and Nina (Cynthia Watros) have a tense confrontation, Hayden (Rebeca Budig) and Finn (Micael Easton) make progress, and Ava (Maura West) takes extreme measures. General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
