General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, October 24, 2019, reveal a day of confrontations, burning suspicions, and big confessions throughout Port Charles. You won’t want to miss a moment of this edge-of-your-seat episode.
What Martin ‘Tad’ Grey (Michael E. Knight) brought to light about Elizabeth’s (Rebecca Herbst) real bad move with Jake Doe (Billy Miller) four years ago, Scott also has an ace up his sleeve about the other person fighting for Franco while telling herself he’s Drew.
While Monica (Leslie Charleson) takes the stand and tries to argue that DNA doesn’t define a person, she’s later visibly upset by something she hears. And Kim (Tamara Braun), she’s in absolute shock. Her dirty laundry is out there now and that’s not what she wanted.
It looks like Julian (William deVry) told Scott (Kin Shriner) all about her little stunt on The Haunted Star when she tried to sexually assault Drew to create her brand-new Oscar. Even Dranco (Roger Howarth) can’t believe his ears.
But one thing is certain.: No matter what Elizabeth is put through, she will not give up and is adamant that the man with Franco Baldwin’s DNA is absolutely NOT Drew Cain. (But he is his foster brother, Bobby, which someone should think to mention.)
At the hospital, Finn (Michael Easton) remains in a state of shock. How could Hayden (Rebecca Budig) not tell him he had a daughter apparently for years because Violet should not even be two years old? He demands answers and Hayden is going to have to confess all.

Over at Charlie’s Pub, Laura (Genie Francis) and Curtis (Donnell Turner) brainstorm and Curtis has an idea. Does he want to top by Ava’s (Maura West) gallery because Ava is shocked when she returns to work and finds Helena’s portrait there? Will she think it’s watching her?
Or perhaps another Cassadine is watching her and Laura might really be interested in whom that Cassadine might be.
Finally, Josslyn (Eden McCoy) is thrilled that Jax (Ingo Rademacher) remembered something special.
