General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, September 20 reveal a day of heartbreaking fear and utter surprise in Port Charles. You won’t want to miss a moment of this emotional episode.
It’s All In The Genes
The way little ‘Wiley’ looks up at Michael (Chad Duell), you’d think he knows that’s his real dad. But Michael thinks his son is dead despite the paternal feelings he’s been having.
However, the whole family is pulled into this saga and worried when Lucas (Ryan Carnes) and Brad (Parry Shen) learn Wiley may have a heart condition. While this may not sound familiar to Michael, it sure does to Carly (Laura Wright).
Spoilers say Carly’s curiosity is piqued tomorrow. Does she remember when Jason (Steve Burton) had to decide to get Michael heart surgery as an infant when she took off and left Michael with her friend?
Longtime fans may also remember that AJ had a heart condition as a baby and Rick Webber was forced to operate. For a time, Rick was even a contender as AJ’s dad.
Meanwhile, Mike (Max Gail) has a surprise for Sonny (Maurice Benard) courtesy of Stella (Vernee Watson). He asks his friend and social worker to help him get Sonny to let go.
Mike’s Decision
He knows he needs to move out of his son’s house and into an assisted living facility and wants to make it as emotionally easy on Sonny as possible.

Ava (Maura West) has just about had it with Kiki (Hayley Erin) and completely loses it when she sees her daughter and Griffin (Matt Cohen) in Kiki’s apartment… all hot and sweaty, of course.
She loses her temper worse than ever and says things she will surely regret and then expresses those regrets to Julian.
She doesn’t want Griffin to cause her to lose her daughter, but it might be too late.
Repentant Julian
As for Julian (William deVry), he has a bone to pick with Jason. He acknowledges his criminal ways and his desire to live a crime-free life.
He also asks if Jason loves Sam (Kelly Monaco) enough not to pull her back into the mob.
