General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, November 28, 2019, reveal a day of danger and confrontations. You won’t want to miss a moment of this exciting episode.

General Hospital Spoilers Highlights

It looks like Thanksgiving in Port Charles. Dranco (Roger Howarth) steels himself as he meets with Dr. Maddox (Anthony Montgomery) about his upcoming surgery. Andre reminds his patient that it isn’t too late to back out. After all, there is a serious risk and he may not survive what happens next. What will he do?

Whatever happens, will Dranco include Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) in on the decision-making process? She’s at the hospital with Lucas (Ryan Carnes), who tells her that he’s afraid it was a serious mistake. Does he mean his marriage?

Nearing The End

Brad (Parry Shen) acts like he thinks so. He has been a basket case, fearing their marriage is over. Lucky for him, he gets a pep talk from Michael (Chad Duell), who recognizes that Brad’s making excuses and why. Will Michael, who doesn’t have the greatest track record with relationships himself, actually say something useful?

It may be a case of too little too late because Julian (William deVry) is talking to himself, saying that Brad has left him no choice.

That particular trope is never a good sign, leaving Julian to take drastic measures. Will Brad survive whatever his father-in-law has planned for him?

Celebrating at Chez Anna’s, Maxie (Kirsten Storms) grabs Peter’s (Wes Ramsey) arm and asks Anna (Finola Hughes) if he has told her the good news yet. We doubt them living-together news is what has Peter unnerved. So what does?

Alexis In Danger

Kendra (Michelle Argyris) asks Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) if there’s something she isn’t telling her as Neil (Joe Flanigan) puts the pieces together. But before he can get to the woman he’s grown to …continue reading on the next page —>

Alexis isn’t the only one in danger. Carly (Laura Wright) looks ready to jump out of her skin when she sees Mike (Max Gail) holding baby Donna. Will an overreaction cause Mike an even greater setback? General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
