Ava (Maura West) is semi-thrilled to learn that Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Nina (Cynthia Watros) are now engaged and offers congratulations to her BFF. However, her congratulations also come with a word of caution. Sonny can never learn Nina is the one who tipped off the SEC about Carly’s (Laura Wright) and Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) insider trading shenanigans or he will never forgive her.
Meanwhile, Carly meets with Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) to discuss her case and also gets a warning. The SEC has a lot of evidence, and these won’t be easy charges to beat. However, she does have options, none of which Carly likes. Does Carly bother telling Diane that she and Drew came up with a ridiculous plan to get Ned (Wally Kurth) to confess to something he didn’t do because they think that is their ticket to freedom?
After learning that Jordan (Tanisha Harper) was the one who made sure that the elevator got stuck when Portia (Brook Kerr) brought Oz Haggerty (Max Faugno) out of his coma, Portia wants to see Jordan and tell her she might have misjudged her. We doubt Jordan will mention her evening with Curtis at The Savoy the other night.

As the two women Curtis is stringing along clear the air, Curtis catches up with Drew, and they tell one another their life problems. Curtis is especially distraught, wondering if he gave up on Portia too soon. Will either one of them have good advice for the other, and will either one take any advice?
Molly (Haley Pullos) is still distraught after learning her endometriosis is more severe than originally thought, and she will never be able to conceive a child. She even blames herself because she never got her unusual period symptoms checked out sooner.
Other Davis girls do not know exactly what is going on with Molly, so they are at Alexis’s (Nancy Lee Grahn) place to catch up. As they discuss everything going on in their lives, Sam (Kelly Monaco) wonders why Alexis is so silent.
