General Hospital spoilers (GH) for Thursday, March 22 promise a day of emotional confrontations and confessions throughout Port Charles. You won’t want to miss a moment of this edge-of-your-seat episode.

Forgive and Forget?
Franco (Roger Howarth) was not expecting such a warm reception from Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) after showing up safe at the PCPD, but she ran into his arms and kissed him.

However, Franco is still quite uncertain about his future as he and Liz talk things out tomorrow.

Liz knows there’s more to the story here than meets the eye and demands that Franco finally comes clean with her about everything. Then, maybe they can move on–together.

Does Someone Else Need Forgiveness?
Sam (Kelly Monaco) also wants to know what the heck really happened, especially after noticing how close and friendly Drew (Billy Miller) and Franco were at the cop shop.

She asked Drew to come clean with her, but will he want to talk about what she wanted to talk about before he disappeared. Clearly, Sam has to come clean with Drew, as well.

A New Triangle
Sam’s parents are still having their squabbles as Finn (Michael Easton) accuses Julian (William deVry) of being jealous of him and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn).

It turns out Alexis comes to Finn’s defense, so maybe nobody will be arrested this time around.

Julian’s new friend Kim (Tamara Braun) spends time with Carly (Laura Wright) and spoilers reveal that Carly’s pleasantly surprised by their conversation. Do they see eye to eye on Oscar and Josslyn’s relationship?

Unhinged Nelle
Nelle (Chloe Lanier) is still laying into Carly and doesn’t care if she does so straight to Michael’s (Chad Duell) face.

She tells Michael that Carly is unhinged (Nelle should talk), and then chastises Michael for not seeing it. Nelle still may be going about things the wrong way.

He’s Her Obsession
Anna (Finola Hughes) remains one frustrated woman as she hits more dead ends in finding Henrik (Wes Ramsey). She lets out her frustrations with Andre (Anthony Montgomery), who encourages her to take a step back and go on with her life as normal.
