Ever since Sonny Corinthos returned from the dead on General Hospital, his son, Michael Corinthos, has been obsessed with bringing down the woman who he believes kept him away from his family for nine endless months. (The fact that she’s also his son’s biological grandmother and getting her out of Port Charles would also get her out of Wiley’s life has nothing to do with it, we’re sure.)

But now that Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) has testified that Sonny (Maurice Benard) fell in love with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and didn’t want to come home, his already ridiculous court case is dead in the water. Should Michael (Chad Duell) give up and move on? Almost 4,000 voters had some strong opinions:
Know When You’re Beaten
We realize that, as a Corinthos, Michael is not familiar with the concept of losing, also known as not getting your way at all times. But 45% of the audience thinks it’s about time he learned it. You made a move. It failed. Put a pin in it and find something else to occupy your time.

Never Give Up on General Hospital
Nina sinned against the golden couple that is Sonny and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), 30% of you counter. That is something that can never, ever be forgiven…or forgotten. Michael should, instead, give up everything that is currently occupying his time and focus solely on bringing Nina down. She cannot be allowed to get away with this. What if other people decide the Corinthoses aren’t infallible?
Against Medical Advice
In last place are the 25% who fully understand that Michael should give up his vendetta. But who also understand that in no way will he ever do that. Moving on requires maturity, grace, and the ability to recognize your own mistakes. No member of Michael’s family has ever shown such a capacity.
