The GH spoilers recap for Tuesday, September 6, 2022, features the return of Nelle Benson, ready to make lives around her heck, as Nelle is apt to do.
Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) just couldn’t settle into sleep peacefully and instead had a dream about Nelle (Chloe Lanier) murdering Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Michael Corinthos (temporarily played by Robert Adamson) in the living room and absconding with a willing Wiley. Once Willow realized it was all a dream and Michael and Carly were just fine, she decided she was going to take off for a while. When Michael was worried, and Wiley didn’t want Michael to leave him, Carly went to track down Willow instead.
At the cemetery, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) apologized to Nelle on the anniversary of her death, telling her she wished she had been there for her growing up, and suddenly Nelle appeared. Nelle also wished that Nina had been there for her because then she could have had a good childhood, and they could have made Carly and Willow’s lives miserable together. Nina was horrified that her daughter seemed to have no remorse for the things she had done, but then Nelle disappeared, and her other daughter appeared.
Yes, for some reason, Willow also felt the need to visit Nelle’s grave. At first, they were cordial to one another as Willow understood the pain of losing a child, but then Willow started sniping at Nina, so Nina called her self-righteous. That’s when Carly popped in to tell Willow to go home and then tell Nina off, never acknowledging that she is the one who hesitated when Nelle was literally hanging off a cliff before she plunged to her alleged death.

When Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) picked up the letter that Spencer Cassasdine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) dropped, she insisted it was hers because it had her name on it. Spencer said he wrote it to his friend Trina, and he preferred she not read it since they aren’t friends anymore. Trina tried to explain herself more as she told Spencer that her relationship with him had been nothing but toxic, and Spencer tried to hide his hurt.
Spencer told her the letter was basically saying he had wished he had been honest about his feelings for her, but Trina chose not to read it. Instead, she gave it back, and Spencer later burned it.
At least Trina’s party had some great entertainment as Cameron Webber (William Lipton) and his band performed. Perhaps Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) should take him on as a client, so he can stop working three jobs.
Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) made her way back to Port Charles and right over to The Savoy to fawn over Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) engagement ring. She was asked to officiate the wedding but also remembered there were some papers she should have put in the mail and asked Curtis if he ever got his final divorce decree.
After Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) wondered to TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) who Stella’s Port Charles relation could really be via that ancestry test she took a few years back, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) questioned her whether she ever got the notification that their divorce was final. Curtis is sure he didn’t, and Jordan wasn’t quite sure.
