GH Spoilers Recap For September 5: Sasha Had Her Biggest Meltdown Yet

The GH spoilers recap for Monday, September 5, 2022, features Sasha Gilmore Corbin managing to beat her own self in a meltdown contest. Hopefully, she finally gets the actual help she needs.

GH Spoilers Recap Highlights

Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) walked into a meeting with Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) at the Port Charles Grill, all optimistic and ready to talk business. She quickly realized this wasn’t a happy meeting and tried to be diplomatic, offering to step back from Deception’s fall and winter campaigns. But Lucy wanted more. She wanted Sasha to put her stake in Deception into a trust just until she is well again.

This set Sasha off as she started tearing into Lucy, screaming in the restaurant. When she noticed a bystander was recording her, she violently grabbed his phone and smashed it on the door. That’s when Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor), who had just told TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) that he felt he was failing Sasha, walked in, and Sasha once again broke down in his arms. She did finally admit that she needs help, but is it too late to save her from more legal troubles?

General Hospital Recap: Party At The Savoy

Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) big night at The Savoy got off to a roaring start when Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) showed up and saw her kissing Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse). Trina then took Spencer aside and told him that she didn’t even want to be friends anymore, but she thanked him for sacrificing his freedom for her and gave him a hug.

A depressed Spencer slinked off into a corner where Cameron Webber (William Lipton) found him. Spencer told Cam all about writing a letter to Trina and wanting to give it to her, and Cameron thought that was a great idea. When Spencer went to leave, he ran into Trina and dropped the letter. Trina picked it up, and Spencer found himself not knowing what to do.

Later, Cameron was happy when Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) showed up. She told him all about dumpster diving to find Avery Corinthos’s (Ava and Grace Scarola) bracelet but didn’t mention she did this with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer).

Elsewhere at The Savoy, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) tried to make amends with Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper), but Jordan can’t get the idea of Portia’s genetic counseling call out of her head. Jordan later felt conflicted when talking with Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) about how much Trina has grown.

GH Spoilers Recap: BLQ Needed A Favor

At the Metro Court pool, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) couldn’t wait to tell Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) that she and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) are officially dating. She even suggested they go on a double date with him and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). Sonny knew she wanted something more than that, so BLQ admitted that she wanted to see if Sonny could use his connections to get Chase some gigs.

Chase didn’t like the idea of a crime boss helping him out, so Nina said she’d talk to Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) about a gig at The Savoy. After Nina and Sonny were gone, Chase told BLQ he didn’t like her latest move at all and walked out.

Later, when Sonny and Nina made it to the party, Curtis Ashford acted resentful toward Sonny and Sonny wondered if it had to do with Sonny refusing to dig for dirt on Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett).
