GH Spoilers Recap For March 8: The Ultimate Setup For Victor Cassadine

The GH spoilers recap for Tuesday, March 8, 2022, features some of your favorite crime fighters figuring out a way to trick Victor Cassasdine for good.

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) walked in on a little confab at Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) place between Sam, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), and Laura Collins (Genie Francis), and now Dante is in on their plan. They want to know what Victor wants from Drew and think it has something to do with his flash-drive memories. Victor (Charles Shaughnessy) thinks he can use a tarot card to retrieve them, but Drew knows that’s not true. As Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery) said, they are gone.

No matter, they planned to get Victor a tarot card and make him think it was from Peter August (Wes Ramsey), but their plan hit a snag when they learned his estate had already sent things out. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) was sitting with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Bailey Lou when she ended up with Peter’s remains.

Elsewhere at the Metro Court, Laura Collins told Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) she’d love to help Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) dig for dirt on Victor in Austria, but knows she is needed right in Port Charles to take care of Victor on her end.

As for Victor, he spent time at Wyndemere and managed to convince Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) to postpone her vow renewal so Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) could be there. He just wants everyone to make amends. That seemed to be happening between Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) and Spencer at Spring Ridge.

General Hospital Recap: Trina Reads Esme For Filth

Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) could barely believe that Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) was accusing her of recording Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Cameron Webber (Will Lipton) having sex and making the video go viral. Trina said she knew it was Esme, and Esme feigned hurt and put on the innocent act. Trina also called Esme a few choice words before Esme took off in a huff.

That’s when the gravity of what happened really hit a mortified Josslyn. Trina said she would be there for her friend, and Joss said she wished the night had never happened, which seemed to insult and hurt poor Cam.

After her confrontation with Trina, Esme made her way over to Spring Ridge where she told Spencer what happened and tried to pin it on Trina. Spencer didn’t really buy it and texted Trina to see if she was okay. That’s when Esme made her way over to Ryan Chamberlain (also Jon Lindstrom). Kevin Collins had already been there to see his brother, as he proved to Harmony Miller (Inga Cardranel) that he can just blink to communicate.

Well, when Esme went to see Ryan and start talking to him, he looked right at her and loudly whispered in anger, “What are you up to?” So, it seems Ryan has been faking his “locked-in” state all along.
