The GH spoilers recap for Wednesday, April 20, 2022, features Harmony Miller looking like she was about to lose her mind.
Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) looked at Harmony (Inga Cadranel) like she had two heads when she encouraged her to have a drink knowing that she’s an alcoholic. When Alexis realized how drunk Harmony was, she offered to drive her home, and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) even took Harmony’s car keys.
Back at Alexis’s house, Harmony flashes back to sneaking in that night in 2020 and killing Neil Byrne (Joe Flanigan) as he and Alexis slept. She kept rambling and told Alexis she is terrified of her own self and that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) is bound to find out the truth, that Harmony is not her mother. Harmony was even more freaked out when Alexis mentioned the fact that she found Brendan Byrne’s (Josh Coxx) body in the river.
When Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Carly stopped by with Harmony’s car, Carly tried to be nice to Harmony and offered her a chance for some fresh air. When Harmony asked why she was being so nice to her, Carly said it was because she considers Willow family. That is when Harmony confused Carly by saying she wished Willow was her family.
When Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) walked into Kelly’s, he warned Cameron Webber (Will Lipton) not to tell any secrets to Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). Then, Spencer said maybe Josslyn made the sex video herself to frame Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). That caused Cameron to deck Spencer and new cop Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse) to arrest Cam. When Spencer then tried to defend Cam, he accidentally decked Rory so Rory arrested Spencer too.
Josslyn and Trina tried to defend both boys and Josslyn immediately left a message for Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) to come and help them.
Back at Wyndemere, Esme poured on her poor me act with Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) and appeared shocked when she was told that Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) canceled the vow renewal.
At the Port Charles Grille, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) informed Ava about her lawsuit to get visitation with Wiley, as well as about the robbery at Charlie’s. Ava told her that she has now fallen for Mike the Bartender and Sonny the Mobster, so she must have fallen for Smike.
As Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) discussed when he kidnapped Esme, Nina ran over and informed him that one of the robbers was out of jail. Sonny left to take care of that problem and the gunman ended up in the back of a trunk. When he returned and told Nina not to worry anymore, she was pretty happy with him.
