General Hospital Recap
In this historical General Hospital recap. it’s May 30, 2018, and Drew Cain is desperate to rid himself of memories that are not his own.
No matter how much Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery) has warned him that a procedure to wipe away Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) memories could go terribly wrong, Drew (then Billy Miller; now, Cameron Mathison) wants to go ahead with it.
Not even a jailhouse visit with Peter August (Wes Ramsey) offering him the flash drive full of memories in exchange for his freedom would work. It’s almost as if Drew just wants Jason gone but is afraid of his own memories.
Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) is so desperate to save Drew’s life, that she begged Jason to talk him out of going through with the procedure. Jason said he knew Drew would never listen to him, but also knew he’d make the same choice as Drew in order to be his own person.
When Peter told Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) what Drew is up to, she also made a beeline for Jason and got there soon after Kim left.
Meanwhile, Kim ran into Drew outside Kelly’s and he refused to hear her out. He’s just way too excited about forgetting all the rotten things Jason has done.
Elizabeth Webber (Elizabeth Herbst) listened to Kiki Jerome’s (Hayley Erin) whole sordid tale about everything that’s happened with Dr. Bensch (James DePaiva) and advised her to report him. However, Kiki kept quiet about what happened with Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen).
Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) was thrilled to see her grandson for the first time and even more thrilled that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) named him James.
When Nina Reeves (then Michelle Stafford; now, Cynthia Watros) told her all about how Peter is Henrik, she was shocked. Then, she was infuriated to learn Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is Henrik’s mother.
