End of the Road: How To Get Rid of General Hospital’s Victor Cassadine

The Cassadine clan was first introduced on General Hospital over 40 years ago. Victor Cassadine was the only one of the Cassadines to survive his confrontation with Luke Spencer, Laura Webber, and Robert Scorpio – and he even lost his girlfriend Tiffany Hill to the Aussie spy.

Port Charles had all but forgotten about him, until he came roaring back as part of the WSB, an older lover of Leisl Obrecht’s… and now the father of Valentin Cassadine. Everybody has a reason to get rid of Victor. The only question is who should do it… and how.

Missed It By That Much

Luke (Anthony Geary) didn’t manage to take out Victor (Charles Shaughnessy) the first time, which is why 49% of the audience would like him to come back from the dead and get it right this time. It would be poetic justice. Even if Victor is looking a wee bit different these days.

General Hospital: Sins of the Father

Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) wasn’t thrilled to learn whose son he was, and he was even less thrilled when Daddy Dearest kidnapped Valentin’s precious Charlotte (Amelie McClain) to use her as a pawn to get Valentin to do his bidding. If he were to kill him, 25% of you point out, it wouldn’t be an issue anymore.

Jail Time

Put him behind bars, 16% of General Hospital voters cheer. He and Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) can be roomies and trade war stories. Maybe they’ll both even learn something?

Let Me At Him

Considering how much trouble he caused Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), 10% of fans want her to be the one to take Victor out. She’s the professional – Laura (Genie Francis) was only an amateur crime-fighter, and Robert (Tristan Rogers) is currently on the legal side of the revenge spectrum. That leaves Anna. Even if she’s being lied to by Valentin, that doesn’t mean she can’t do an old friend a little favor.
