GH Star Chad Duell and Luana Lucci’s Baby Has Arrived

Just like his TV family, General Hospital’s Chad Duell has much to celebrate. Duell and his girlfriend, Luana Lucci, welcomed their first child.

Chad Duell: It’s A Boy!

Duell broke the news on his official Instagram account. “Welcome to the world, lil Dawson 👶🏻 Been quite the journey…can’t wait to see the great man you become 🙌🏻 @luanalucci”

The Daytime Emmy winner has more than another nomination to celebrate this year as he welcomed his newborn baby son, Dawson. Chad Duell and Lucci, a Los Angeles-based flight attendant, have been on the radar as a couple since the fall of 2022 before announcing the surprise pregnancy in March of 2023, and despite an early labor scare at 28 weeks, the baby hung in there full term.

The Baby Makes Three

Baby Duell has burst onto the scene and had some time to get used to the spotlight. The happy couple are basking in the joy of new life and being a trio now. Lucci is busy letting the wonder of first-time motherhood sink in.

Michael Corinthos: The Beginning

Duell took over the role of Michael Corinthos in April of 2010, becoming the fifth actor to play the character as the son of AJ Quartermaine (Sean Kanan) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), who was raised by Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

No word on when and if the actor and the mother of his child plan to tie the knot. For now, just being new parents has their plate full. Soap Hub joins the couple’s family, friends, and fans in welcoming their new baby to the world!
