Josslyn (Eden McCoy) says to Jack (Chris McKenna, who hinted at Brennan being blindsided), “I’m telling you the truth. A truth you don’t want to hear.” Jack’s about to find out his girlfriend’s loyalty has… options. Joss is not likely to name Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) outright, but she’s definitely lighting the fuse and handing Jack the matches.

Meanwhile, Liesl (Kathleen Gati) informs Britt (Kelly Thiebaud), “Someone has been asking questions about him. And your brother.” Yes, that someone is Joss, who has never met a boundary she didn’t casually step over.

Britt later spilling a secret feels less like a twist and more like the next domino, especially if it lands in Nathan, aka Cassius Faison’s (Ryan Paevey, who teased Cassius is getting too comfortable as Nathan), lap.

General Hospital's Carly.

Lucas (Van Hansis) confronts Carly (Laura Wright) with, “If you can’t do this for you, do it for me.” That’s fair, considering she’s been treating Wyndemere like it’s a casual drop-in spot instead of a danger zone with a view. At this point, “concerned brother” might be underselling it.

General Hospital's Ava.

Elsewhere, Ric (Rick Hearst) advises Ava (Maura West), “Be very happy with what I have to tell you.” Which, in Ava’s terms, usually means someone else’s day is about to get ruined. She doesn’t get good news without a receipt attached.

And Sonny (Maurice Benard) tells someone, “I’ve got another job for you.” It’s likely Ethan (Nathan Dean) who starts noticing that this feels less like trust and more like a test. Nothing says “Welcome aboard” quite like being quietly evaluated.
