Kristen and Eddie Alderson
Former General Hospital and One Life to Live star Kristen Alderson revealed sad and shocking news this morning on Instagram.
Her younger brother, Eddie, who played Matthew Buchanan on One Life to Live, has been diagnosed with Lymphoma.
Both Aldersons began their acting careers in OLTL’s Llanview with Kristen playing Starr Manning, daughter of Todd and Blair, and Eddie playing Matthew Buchanan, son of Nora and Bo.
Kristen went on to play Starr on GH, as well as create the role of Kiki Jerome. Eddie, now 22, spent 11 years as Matthew, earning Emmy nominations along the way.
