General Hospital spoilers (GH) for Friday, May 5 reveal the truth may not always get the results one wants. Buckle up and get ready for another bumpy ride!
Kind Gesture
Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) thought things might go easier on Julian (William deVry) after she let the police know that she went with him willingly and she wasn’t his hostage.
But, that’s not necessarily the result. Julian tells Alexis that he isn’t sure that telling the truth will set either of them free.
Words of Warning
Sonny (Maurice Benard) has a renewed sense of confidence. That is until he runs into Ava (Maura West), who has put two and two together.
Remember, she saw him that night with Martina. She must say something snarky to Sonny about it, because spoilers show him warning her to stay out of his divorce or she will regret it.
The Wise Son
Michael (Chad Duell) looks over Carly’s (Laura Wright) demands in the divorce. He questions her about whether she could really go through with what she is asking the courts to award her.
He then delivers a warning. Will his mother listen? You know it’s not her strong suit.

Backstabbing Doc
If there is, that would certainly but a crimp in Brad’s (Parry Shen) plans. The troublemaking lab tech plants seeds of doubt about Finn.
He talks with Lisel (Kathleen Gati) and lets her know that something big is about to hit the fan – and it involves Dr. Finn. Considering how much she hates him too, she’s sure to be all smiles.
