General Hospital spoilers (GH) for Tuesday, April 4 show several in Port Charles either searching for the truth or simply getting to it easily.

Truth Will Set You Free
Jax (Ingo Rademacher) is back in town and finds his way to Carly’s (Laura Wright). Spoilers reveal that Carly learns the truth.

Could it be that Jax will finally fill in all of the missing blanks about Nelle (Chloe Lanier) and how Josslyn (Eden McCoy) really ended up with the young woman’s kidney? 

Helping Hand
Sam (Kelly Monaco) thought she could solve the mystery of her father’s “death” herself, but after a visit from Nathan (Ryan Paevey), asking if Julian could have had a plan to skip town, she decides to hire Curtis (Donnell Turner) to help.

Will Jason become jealous, since Curtis is his main man? But even more important, will Curtis be able to get Sam the answers she seeks and bring Alexis some peace?

Meanwhile, Jason (Billy Miller) ends up with Liz as they meet with Andre (Anthony Montgomery) about Jake. Jason lets him know there are specific areas they need to discuss. Nearby, Jake finds Franco (Roger Howarth) and wants to know when they can finish the timeline they were drawing.

Rough Road
Finn (Michael Easton) continues to battle his demons as he tries to rid his body of its dependency on Zen Zen, but he feels like Hayden (Rebecca Budig) is backing away from him. Liz (Rebecca Herbst) is certainly able to sympathize with her sister, considering all she went through with Lucky’s addiction problem. But, is Hayden in a place where she can accept help or give it?

On the Hunt
Tracy (Jane Elliot) has been on a mission ever since she found out about the painting from Edward. Larry Ashton wasn’t overly helpful other than alerting her about it but luckily for her – Laura (Genie Francis) has been her rock. However, it was quite a shock for Tracy when she discovered that the painting she was searching for was of her! Finding the monks in possession of it ticks off Tracy and she demands answers.
