The General Hospital recap for Monday, September 23 features Shiloh’s escape, a big decision for Josslyn, and heartbreak for Julian.

On The Run

Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) forced Bobbie (Jacklyn Zeman) out of her car and drove off, deciding to hold up on The Haunted Star. Fellow stowaway Dev (Aston Arbab) – awaiting a morning ferry to spirit him to Canada – recognized the fugitive and phoned Jason (Steve Burton) but got Sam (Kelly Monaco) since they switched phone so he’d have a full battery.  Unfortunately, Dev received a blow to the head for his trouble.

Sam arrived on the ship and found both her unconscious caller and her would be rapist. She begged Shiloh to do the right thing (ha!), but the cult leader decided he liked his chances better as an on-the-lam absconder.

After all, he had a huge influx of cash on the way – courtesy of his would-be murderer Peter (Wes Ramsey) – and THREE hostages. Sam counts only two (herself and Dev), but Shiloh pulled out his ace: baby Wiley who had been safely tucked away in his baby seat in the back of Grandma Bobbie’s car!

Wherever I Lay My Head

Josslyn (Eden McCoy) – still waffling between maudlin and completely egotistical – showed her dad the boarding school brochure and insisted that her mom and Sonny (Maurice Benard) were planning to send her away.

Jax (Ingo Rademacher) wasn’t so sure the situation was that black and white but Joss was convinced that this was her punishment for skipping school (harsh!) and she suggested that perhaps she should move into Jax’s new home. And to get the ball rolling she’s spending the night.

Heartbreak

While Dranco (Roger Howarth) struggled to comprehend his new normal – confined to a psychiatric ward and at the mercy of Elizabeth – his crazy lady love was busy trying to extricate him from the situation.

Julian (William deVry) interrupted Kim’s (Tamara Braun) emergency phone call to Diane and interpreted her packed apartment as a sign that she’s just as enthused as him to make the move to NYC.

However, excitement turned to despair when he stumbled upon the Dear Charlie letter that Kim had penned the night before and she was forced to tell him how she planned to leave town with Dranco. General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
