General Hospital Recap: Portia Sees Curtis Will Jordan Back to Life

The General Hospital recap for Friday, September 10, 2021, features Curtis Ashford healing his estranged wife with the power of love, Brook Lynn Quartermaine and Maxie Jones having a spirited debate, and Nina Reeves conceding defeat.

General Hospital Recap Highlight

Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) may be the worse for wear, but it’s Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) who appears to be down for the count. Turns out, inhaling carbon dioxide when you’ve only got one kidney is a really, really bad idea – and the gaping wound on the back of Jordan’s head didn’t help matters either.

But what do doctors know? Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) tried to be comforting and positive when speaking to Curtis (Donnell Turner), but, reading between the lines, he was pretty sure Jordan was a goner. Instead, all his patient needed was a little TLC from Curtis, and she perked right back up…which honestly perturbed Portia.

GH Recap: Mama Drama

Much to her horror, Maxie (Kirsten Storms) learned that Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) has been leaving baby Louise to self-soothe – the monster!! In response, Brook Lynn reminded Maxie that she could collect her kid anytime; nah, no thanks, said Maxie.

General Hospital Recap: Guess Who

Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) loves Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard); Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) loves Carly; therefore, he must reunite the two, even if it’s at the expense of Nina’s (Cynthia Watros) newfound happiness, and even if “Mike” has zero desire to return to his previous life.

Ever the gallant gentleman, Jax agreed to let Nina break the news to Sonny in private…and she had every intention of doing so – but then a fit to be tied Peter August (Wes Ramsey), walked into The Tan-O, so her priorities changed.
