The General Hospital recap for Thursday, August 26, 2021, features Nina Reeves pushed to her breaking point, Josslyn Jacks making her loyalties clear, and everyone picking on Michael Corinthos for doing the right thing.
General Hospital Recap Highlight
Despite having Peter August (Wes Ramsey) inside her guest house all night, Nina (Cynthia Watros) failed to rise to the occasion and permanently eliminate the baddie. Instead, Peter lived to see another day – and to make copious threats against Nina and her loved ones.
“Mike” (Maurice Benard), ever the silent observer, managed to pick up on the fact that there was tension between Nina and Peter…but there isn’t much he can do about it aside from confronting Peter about his suspicions.
And while the men were off having a whisper, Nina placed a call to Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and readied herself to tell all about Peter’s survival, and his presence in Nixon Falls.
GH Recap: Save The Date
Josslyn (Eden McCoy) loves her father…but she just loves the idea of her mama Carly (Laura Wright) being with step-dad-to-be Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Which is why she’s thrilled about the upcoming wedding – and the part she’ll play in the ceremony as maid of honor.
General Hospital Recap: Share and Share Alike…Or Don’t
Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) is spitting mad at Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) – how dare he do the honorable thing and help buoy Austin Gatlin-Holt’s (Roger Howarth) claim to the Quartermaine fortune. Even prim and proper Willow Tait Chase (Katelyn MacMullen) had to admit that she didn’t trust the (supposedly) good doctor.
But whatever the case may be, Michael did what he did, and he’s fine with it. So what if the Quartermaines have to share the pie with someone else? They’ll get over it…just like all the other times a similar scenario played out.
