The General Hospital recap for Wednesday, August 25, 2021, features Michael Corinthos handing Austin Gatlin-Holt the keys to the Quartermaine kingdom, Peter August and Nina Reeves coming to an understanding, and Esme Price trying – and failing – to endear herself to Trina Robinson.
General Hospital Recap Highlight
Michael (Chad Duell) might not condone Austin’s (Roger Howarth) methods, but he can’t deny him the results. Thanks to Austin’s manipulation of Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), he’s now the proud owner of documents proving that Edward had planned to reinstate Jimmy Lee Holt into his will.
That’s great news for Austin – and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), who’s sure that he can win Austin over to his side – but not so much for the Q family as a whole. Now they’re going to have to *shudder* share the wealth!
GH Recap: Quid Pro Quo
Considering the fact that Nina (Cynthia Watros) has never been as proficient with a firearm as her good gal-pal Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West), it should come as no surprise that Peter (Wes Ramsey) got the drop on her.
But what is it that the villain wants, exactly? Why his precious Louise of course. And Nina’s going to help him find her…or else; or else he’ll kidnap James; or else he’ll tell the whole wide world that she’s harboring an amnesiac Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Or worse — he’ll tell the merry widow, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) that Nina’s known about Sonny and kept it from her!
General Hospital Recap: 9021Oh-No
Nobody likes Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl), except for Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) – and the jury is still out on whether or not he’s really that into her or not. But Esme’s got an agenda: protect her and Spencer’s plan to ruin Ava. And she’s not going to let anything, especially Spencer’s crush on Trina (Sydney Mikayla) ruin things.
