The General Hospital recap for Tuesday, June 22, 2021, features Valentin complicating Brook Lynn and Maxie’s already complicated scheme, Ava choosing her daughter over her man, and Chase learning who his real daddy is.
General Hospital Recap Highlights
Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) were aghast to find Maxie (Kirsten Storms) holding “Bailey,” and while Brook Lynn escorted Maxie out onto the terrace for a chat, Valentin remained behind to profess his love to the baby.
Anna (Finola Hughes) made an appearance and filled in Valentin on everything that Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) found in Pautuck – including dead faux Chloe. Valentin resolves to join Anna in her investigation, which leaves Maxie and Brook Lynn cold.
Breaking Up Is Hard To Do
Ava (Maura West) has reached her breaking point. As she neared the edge, she ordered Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) out of their hotel suite, and out of her life; she’s choosing to prioritize her remaining daughter’s safety, rather than continue to present a united front with her hubby.
When Nikolas reacted incredulously, Ava warned him not to cross her – lest he discover that she’s actually far more dangerous than the person targeting them!
Playing Catch-up
Taggert (Réal Andrews) tracked Curtis (Donnell Turner) down to his new club and offered up his thanks for Curtis’s heroic actions. The conversation was steered towards Portia (Brook Kerr), making for a bit of an awkward moment.
Meanwhile, Portia and Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) ran into one another at GH. They discussed the latest goings-on, inquired about the other’s well-being, and agreed to become the best of girlfriends.
Father’s Daze
Chase (Josh Swickard) stubbornly demanded that Finn (Michael Easton) explain to him why his latest cure succeeded, and Finn, in turn, passed the buck to Gregory (Gregory Harrison).
Chase was pleased as punch to learn that Gregory is, was, and always will be his father – and he was equally excited at the prospect of resuming his close brotherly bond with Finn. It was a true win/win for everyone involved.
Helping Hand
Jason (Steve Burton) paid his own visit to Curtis, and both warned him of the riffraff that might descend upon his business, and offered his assistance should the inevitable happen. General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
