The General Hospital recap for Friday, July 2, 2021, features Josslyn Jacks letting her lips do the talking, Britt Westbourne discussing her heartbreak with her bestie, and Trina Robinson getting quite the nasty surprise.
General Hospital Recap Highlights
Just when it seemed that Josslyn and Cameron Webber (William Lipton) had laid their past to rest, they found something else to argue about. She’s angry that he read her journal – over a year ago we might add – and he’s angry that she insulted his kissing prowess.
But wait a hot minute – that’s not at all what Josslyn wrote. In point of fact, she was VERY complimentary about the peck that she and Cam shared; and when he dared to doubt her, Josslyn decided that she could show him, better than she could teach him!
Portia Robinson: Mother of the Graduate
Things remained tense and awkward between former lovers Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Dr. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr). He eventually got her to admit that she hadn’t exactly decided to forgo rekindling their relationships – that decision was actually made for her. Thanks, nosy Aunt Stella (Vernee Watson)!
GH Recaps: A Friend of Need
Britt had something important to share with Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) – and no, it wasn’t news concerning their favorite medical program on ABC. What she had to share was far more juicer than Meredith Grey’s post-Derek love life.
Color Brad shocked to hear that Britt had come to know Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), hitman extraordinaire in the biblical sense – and that she’d lost him soon after. Huh, semi-reformed bad girls do cry after all!
General Hospital Recaps: Potent Pairing
Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) took the news of Jason and Carly Corinthos’s (Laura Wright) engagement in stride – but he knew that there was more to the story; so, Jason and Carly helpfully filled him on the how-comes.
GH Recaps: Red All Over
Trina (Sydney Mikayla) was pretty sure that her day’s low point would be the moment she pepper-sprayed Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) thinking that he was an attacker.
So, she’s wasn’t exactly prepared to come face-to-face with a ski-masked baddie. Still, she put up a good fight…but her shock appearance at The Savoy, covered head to toe in what is either blood or crimson paint, indicates that she came out the loser.
General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes. For more about what’s coming up in Port Charles, check out all the latest that’s been posted on GH spoilers.
