The General Hospital recap for Monday, November 11, 2019, features a search for a kidnapped child, the return of a true heroine, a partnership disintegrating, and one family torn asunder.
At Kelly’s, Lulu (Emme Rylan) readied herself to exit the restaurant and realized that Charlotte was no longer at the counter completing her homework. While she scoured the establishment, Maxie (Kirsten Storms) searched outside. When neither could locate the little girl, a frantic Lulu called 9-1-1.
At the police station, Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) took the call and informed Laura (Genie Francis), Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) and Nina (Cynthia Watros) — who were in the middle of discussing Valentin’s relationship with recent escapee Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck) — about the situation.
Meanwhile, the criminal in question was deactivating the tracker on her hostage’s phone and warning Charlotte that she better adopt a more pleasant attitude least she pisses off the woman who holds Nina’s future in her hands.
Back at the PCPD, Valentin took Nina aside and informed her that he is sure his daughter has fallen into Cassandra’s clutches and sure enough he received a phone call with instructions from Charlotte’s jailer.
After hanging up, Cassandra narrowly avoided losing her bargaining chip when Charlotte introduced her foot to Cassandra’s shin. Just after catching up to her prey, the feisty jailbird was confronted by Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), who demanded that she let the child go.
Having been given a partial license plate number belonging to the van that absconded with Cassandra, Jason (Steve Burton) learned that it had been rented using a credit card belonging to Jax (Ingo Rademacher).
Stone Cold paid Jax a late-night visit to see if he could shed some light on the situation but didn’t get anywhere. Upon Jason’s exit, an angry Jax wondered to Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) why he shouldn’t turn him in right then and there! After all, Nikolas used his credit card to rent a van and connect him to a prison break.
Julian (William deVry) joined Lucas (Ryan Carnes) at Tony’s grave but the doctor was in no mood for a friendly heart to heart with his biological pops. “Any progress that we’ve made was an illusion. You haven’t changed…And I know longer want anything to do with you.”
Julian tried to explain his reasonings for faking Brad’s (Parry Shen) adultery but it was of no use. Just as it seemed he was poised to fill Lucas in on Wiley’s true parentage, Brad called his husband and informed him of Charlotte’s plight. General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC.
