The General Hospital recap for Wednesday, March 17, 2021, features preparations underway for Franco’s memorial service and an arrest being made.
While Ava (Maura West) puts the finishing touches on a special tribute for Franco (Roger Howarth) at the Jerome Gallery, his family ready themselves for the memorial. Cameron (William Lipton), Jake, and Aiden all compose special speeches, and Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) basks in the love displayed by her boys.
Back at the gallery, Nina (Cynthia Watros) took the opportunity to inform Liesl (Kathleen Gati) and Ava that she’s planning a mini-vacation away from Port Charles.
Later, the Baldwin/Webber clan arrived and were greeted by Ava’s surprise – a wall displaying portraits painted by Franco’s art therapy patients.
Simultaneously, Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) arrived at the Corinthos compound with a warrant for Jason’s (Steve Burton) arrest in connection with Franco’s murder.
They say that the enemy of my enemy is my friend. And Cyrus (Jeff Kober) and Peter (Wes Ramsey) both hate Jason. So, why not team up and bring about his downfall together? It really is a win-win for both parties.
Curtis (Donnell Turner) offered up his sincere congratulations to T.J. (Tajh Bellow) on his and Molly’s (Haley Pullos) domestic partnership ceremony – and he encouraged his stepson to treat the relationship with the respect it deserves.
Jordan chanced upon the scene, and the trio bonded, however briefly, over pictures of the deeming and through a conversation about Curtis’s new enterprise.
Sonny (Maurice Benard) is “dead” and everything is just awful…as far as Carly (Laura Wright) is concerned. Donna won’t sleep through the night without Daddy’s melodic vocals, Avery’s happily ensconced at Wyndemere, and Carly can’t quite fathom how to replicate that perfect morning cup of Joe that Sonny also prepared. Oh, and she’s shattered her favorite coffee mug following a fit of peak. But that’s Sonny’s fault too.
Liesl (Kathleen Gati) is sick and tired of waiting for satisfaction where Peter’s downfall is concerned. Good thing she still has Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) well under her heel. General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
