The General Hospital recap (GH) for Wednesday, May 2 features Sam knowing one thing she wants to do with her life, but not sure about the rest.
Another Divorce
Jason (Steve Burton) and Sam (Kelly Monaco) met at Kelly’s and he was surprised and disappointed when she said she was going to still work with Drew (Billy Miller) at Aurora.
Then, he was surprised and pleased (but tried not to show it) when she said she and Drew were also divorcing.
He tried to play it cool, but got more surprises when Sonny (Maurice Benard) updated him on the Avery situation–and the Carly (Laura Wright) situation. And, all Carly wanted was to make sure someone–like Jason–believes she’s not crazy.
Finding Henrik
Jason was further surprised when Anna (Finola Hughes) called him over and announced she’s Henrik’s mother, so it sure was a day for surprises for Mr. Morgan.
Meanwhile, Sam also met with Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and asked for divorce representation. Alexis was shocked to hear she still wanted to work for Aurora–for now–and then give it all to Drew. It was clear Sam is staying on to learn more about Peter.
Non-Brotherly Love
Alexis did not have much success getting Finn (Michael Easton) and Chase (Josh Swickard) together. In fact, Finn was downright cold to Chase when he bluntly told him he wants nothing to do with him. Nothing personal, of course.
GUILT!
At the Jerome Gallery, Griffin (Matt Cohen) was furious with Ava (Maura West) for using Mike’s illness to get Avery. However, Ava refused to apologize for her tactics. She did apologize for lying and Griffin figured it’s all well and good and said he’d see her at home later.
While alone, Ava looked in the mirror and was horrified to see a disfigured face once again. Of course, this was just her guilty conscience talking to her.
