General Hospital Recap: Cyrus And Curtis Get Hurt In Final Showdown

The General Hospital recap for Friday, June 4, 2021, features a stunning end to the Robinson house siege, two happy reunions, and a best-laid plan threatening to come apart at the seams.

General Hospital Recap Highlight

A completely unhinged Cyrus (Jeff Kober) laid all his travails at Laura’s (Genie Francis) feet, but she refused to let her brother pass the proverbial buck. And while Laura proceeded to tell Cyrus all about himself, and the plethora of ways he screwed up, Curtis (Donnell Turner) silently snuck into the house and began making moves to rescue his sleuthing partner.

Alas, the former P.I.’s efforts were for naught. Cyrus got the drop on him and fired a bullet into his person – though he was, in turn, wounded by Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry). At the hospital, doctors revealed that Cyrus’s injuries were minimal, but that Curtis would need emergency surgery.

Family Reunion

Mutter Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and Tochter Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) reunited in Canada, and got down to discussing the latter’s sexcapades with Jason (Steve Burton). The mood then turned somber, when Britt admitted that she’d finally been tested for Huntington’s…and that she does indeed possess the genetic marker.

Free And Clear

After Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) worked her legal voodoo, Jason was cleared of all charges related to Franco’s (Roger Howarth) murder and his escape from custody – guess the P.C. D.A.’s office decided Mr. Morgan was entitled to a freebie.

But rather than surprise his son, or share the good news in person, Jason accompanied Carly (Laura Wright) to GH, where they learned about the fallout from the hostage crisis.

Meanwhile, Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) made a big show of presenting Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) and the extended Quartermaine family “her” baby girl. Brook Lynn delighted in Valentin’s protective nature, but Maxie (Kirsten Storms) worried about Austin (Roger Howarth) insinuating himself in the hunt for her “missing” daughter.

Intrusive Guest

After a very eventful night, Michael (Chad Duell) and Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) retired to the guest house on Monica’s (Leslie Charleson) property, where they praised one another for being so damned selfless.

The two then began making love, while, unbeknownst to them, they were observed by a shadowed lookie-loo! General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
