General Hospital Recap: Ava Spills ALL To Nikolas

The General Hospital recap for Friday, December 4, 2020, features Ava throwing caution to the wind and telling the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

General Hospital Recap Highlights

Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) continued to gently but firmly press Ava (Maura West) for further explanation as to Julian’s ultimate (William deVry) fate. Ava began by revealing her brother’s complicity in the Nelle/Brad (Parry Shen) baby switch. Then, she spilled the beans about Julian turning to Cyrus (Jeff Kober) in order to silence Ryan (Jon Lindstrom).

And finally, she revealed that Julian had been the one who planted the bomb at The Floating Rib. Nikolas was momentarily seized by anger when he realized that Ava had initially helped Julian avoid capture, but his ire dissipated when his wife confessed that she had chosen to forfeit Julian’s life in order to save their marriage.

When Ava tearfully wondered if Nikolas could still see a future for them as man and wife, he insisted that he could. He is ready to move on, and forward with the woman he loves…and that is most certainly Ava!

Everybody Has A Crisis

Meanwhile, Carly (Laura Wright) interrupted a meeting of the brain trust, with plans to inform Jason (Steve Burton) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) about Nina (Cynthia Watros) and Nelle’s familial connection. She proceeded to do so, but only after the men filled her in on Julian’s crimes and possible death.

Over at Monica’s (Leslie Charleson), Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and Michael (Chad Duell) struggled with a decision. Do they move forward as a couple or do they forgive the exes who engineered the relationship in the first place? Either way, they promised to stay the best of friends. And co-parents. The latter being the most important to both.

An exacerbated Trina (Sydney Mikayla) sought Josslyn (Eden McCoy) and told her about Cyrus’s claim that her father was still alive. Josslyn cautioned her friend about raising her hopes too high, but she also agreed to help in any way she could. General Hospital airs weeks on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
