The General Hospital recap for Thursday, September 30, 2021, features Alexis Davis making not-so-tenuous connections, Carly Corinthos continuing on her mission to yell at everyone that’s displeased her, and Esme Prince making a bad situation worse.

If/when something goes wrong in Port Charles, it really should be customary to blame the Cassadines – it’ll save the Port Charles Police Department a lot of time and effort in the long run. Don’t believe us?

Consider the fact that it took Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) all of two seconds to link the murders of Roger Barstow and Naomi Dreyfus via her supposedly deceased uncle Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) and the time he spent as director of the Crichton-Clark Clinic.

GH Recap: Blame Game

Carly (Laura Wright) is absolutely fit to be tied. In fact, she’s beginning to suspect that there’s some great conspiracy that’s kept her and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) apart this many months.

First, there was terrible, no good, evil Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros); and now she’s found out that Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) heavily suspected that Sonny was alive and still allowed her to fall back in love with *ahem* we mean marry Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). How very dare Jax!

And how very dare he try to speak up for Nina! As if Carly is going to give a second thought to anyone who isn’t herself. Heck, she’s not even concerned about what was done to Sonny; what matters is what was done to her via Sonny. It’s all about Carly!

General Hospital Recap: Lost Girls

Game, set, and match. Score one for Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). There’s no way that trying to pit Sonny and Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) against one another can blow up in her face; and, of course, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) will thank her for her efforts – even if his father has to suffer the consequences.
