The General Hospital justice system is a strange beast, indeed. Sonny (Maurice Benard), Jason (Steve Burton), Liesl (Kathleen Gati), Nina (Cynthia Watros), Julian (William deVry), and others are walking about scotfree, while still others are in jail for an indeterminable term. (Did Blackie Parrish ever get paroled?)
So who should be the next beneficiary of Port Charles’ bygones-will-be-bygones program? Almost 6,000 jurors have rendered their decision:
Even if Sam (Kelly Monaco) had killed Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin), she should have gotten a medal, not a jail term, according to 90% of you. And, anyway, she didn’t even kill him! Sure, she’s a con-artist who’s broken the law dozens of times, but Jason loves her. Which means her days should be nothing but roses and happiness. So let’s get cracking on that, Diane (Carolyn Hennesy).
It’s not that 5% of you love Nelle (Chloe Lanier) exactly. It’s that they really, really, really want the Wiley baby switch to come out — and Nelle is the best person to do it. If she then grabs the kid and takes off for parts unknown, that would be even better.
An almost equal 4% of General Hospital fans want to see Harmony (Inga Cadranel) sprung free. She hasn’t done anything too interesting lately. But she might. The flaky cult follower has potential! And she’s Willow’s (Katelyn MacMullen) mother. She makes Willow more interesting. And we could all go for that.
Only 1% voted for Ryan (Jon Lindstrom). Maybe because he’s the most dangerous one of the bunch. He actually has killed people. Many, many people. And he kind of likes doing it. He’s a danger to Kevin, Laura (Genie Francis), Felicia (Kristina Wagner), and Maxie (Kirsten Storms).
He’s the only true threat of the bunch. Everyone else, they’re downright warm and fuzzy compared to this one-handed strangler! General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
