General Hospital spoilers reveal tons of stunning surprises for December, including a shocking pregnancy that could change everything.

A Stunned Willow

It looks like Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is going to have baby number 2, but she has yet to realize that baby number 1 died as a newborn. Will the truth finally be revealed as Lucas (Ryan Carnes) becomes more and more suspicious of his husband? It’s about time Willow learns what really happened to her baby.

The Q Thanksgiving brings more than the family bargained for. And that more looks like it could be yet another returned family member. We’re sure we can also expect some pizza or it wouldn’t be GH and the Quartermaines.

Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) gets more desperate to hold onto the Cassadine fortune as it becomes clearer than ever he’s thisclose to losing it.

And finally, things become more heartbreaking for Mike (Max Gail) as they grow more perilous for Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), who truly doesn’t know who and what she’s dealing with when it comes to Kendra. See what happens to Willow, Valentin, Lucas, and all for yourself in the General Hospital spoilers promo above.

General Hospital History

GH made its debut in 1963 and is the second longest-running daytime soap opera in American history. The longest-running sudser is Guiding Light. While it’s not the longest-running sudser, General Hospital is the longest-running soap opera currently on air.

The daytime drama outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households! From Luke (Tony Geary) and Laura’s (Genie Francis) gripping romance and wedding, to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and his mobster activities, GH knows how to please their viewers.

Bringing the Drama

More then five decades of gripping drama has kept the daytime sudser on the air as other soap operas were axed. It is one of only four remaining soap operas currently on the air. The other three daytime dramas include Days of our Lives, The Young and the Restless (YR), and The Bold and the Beautiful (BB). GH airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for air times.
