While Roger Howarth certainly playing someone other than Franco, we’re just not quite sure he is playing Drew Cain. And that might be because of how the script is written.
As for Kim? Well, even if it hasn’t been the intention, she comes off as downright crazy and delusional at this point. This man she kissed is not Drew, yet even when she told him to stop, she called him Drew.
And all of this comes after she tried to sexually assault the real Drew on The Haunted Star. After she decided NOT telling her 14-year-old son she had so much in common with that he had cancer cause she needed to play God. Right now, Kim needs to just go full-on Lisa Niles and no longer be written as sympathetic. It’s not working.
We also want to know why Peter (Wes Ramsey) wants Andre (Anthony Montgomery) dead so bad. We thought he didn’t want the information that he was with Helena to get out.
You’d think he’d WANT Andre alive so he could reverse this procedure and keep all those memories safely on a flash drive and not in Franco’s brain where loose lips can pry it loose. Please, GH, explain.
Finally, we need to ask to know why someone doesn’t just tell Dranco that Franco is BOBBY. If he has Drew’s memories, would he have memories of living with Betsy and Bobby?
Would he then feel for this man who’s life he is holding hostage if he knew this man was his ‘brother’? Perhaps that Drew and Franco real connection could be the only thing that saves this story.
