General Hospital has established couples, it has couples on the rocks, it has happy couples…and it has couples who are just tottering on the precipice.

General Hospital Polling

Three couples aren’t quite officially a pairing yet, but they’re headed in that direction. Which ones do almost 5,000 fans love the most? Find out below.

Maybe Baby

A baby lie is keeping this pairing together…and most people around them don’t even know the half of it. Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) is lying about being little Baily Lou’s father. But Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) is also lying about being her mother. No problem, 69% of you dismiss. You don’t care about the tot anyway. It’s the chemistry between Chase and Brook Lynn that’s keeping you in front of the TV. And a real relationship is what will truly make it must-see!

General Hospital: Long Time Coming

Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) has been in love with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) for literally decades. She, on the other hand, has either considered him a friend…or an enemy. But, these days, they have a common enemy…and something that’s starting to feel like a whole lot more than just friendship.

And that’s just fine with the 21% of the audience who has been rooting for this pairing for, if not decades (in our defense, we didn’t know it existed), then, at least, years. Anna finally has a man who might (maybe) somewhat compare to Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) and Duke Lavery (Ian Buchanan).

GH: Doctor In the House

Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) are very awkward together. But a last place 10% of voters find it kind of adorable, and definitely endearing. Sure, there’s been blackmail and lies and deception. But this is a soap. The best couples aren’t sunshine and lollipops, but angst and…uh…tequila. The point is, you like them, you really like them.
