Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) loves telling people what to do, how to behave, and what to think, which is why 63% of you are thrilled with the possibility that she might become a law professor at Port Charles University. She’ll be in her element molding young minds and offering multiple examples of “do as I say, not as I do.” And the contrary among us can’t wait until Alexis, who sees herself as a beacon of moral decency, gets her first, “OK, Boomer,” from a college student who finds all of her long-held values old-fashioned and not nearly woke enough.

Why should Alexis limit her wisdom to a single college class, 33% of the audience wonders, when she could go coast to coast – no, around the world! – by working with Shawn Butler (Sean Blakemore) at the Invader and becoming the media mogul she always knew she should have been. Her opinions deserve to be heard by the poor, unenlightened masses!

Only 4% are open to the idea of Alexis working at the detective agency with daughter Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). Sam barely knows what she is doing most of the time, adding someone with no experience in the profession is hardly going to help matters. Also, private eye work requires being stealthy, staying out of the limelight, and keeping secrets. Alexis has always shown anything she’s thinking all over her face, and keeping her mouth shut is also not a strength.
