Entertainment News: Tragic Diagnosis

Jeff Bridges, perhaps best known for his role in The Big Lebowski, took to social media to share some personal news. The actor has been diagnosed with lymphoma but notes that the prognosis is good.

A Legally Blonde Reunion
Everybody loves a reunion, and there was a fun one, recently. Cast members from the 2001 film Legally Blonde, including Reese Witherspoon and Selma Blair, got together — for a Zoom chat.

Witherspoon also shared news of a sad loss that has affected her whole family. The clan’s beloved dog, Pepper, died, leaving them all heartbroken.

Pearson Preview
This Is Us returns to NBC on Tuesday, October 27 with a special two-hour premiere. Series star Justin Hartley, who plays Kevin Pearson, previewed what’s to come for his character on the episode in a video he posted on social media.

New Netflix Trailer
Viola Davis shared the trailer from the new Netflix film Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom. Aside from Davis, it also stars the late Chadwick Boseman of Black Panther fame.

Sad Goodbyes
A tragic loss for Robert Redford. The actor’s son, filmmaker James Redford, passed away at the age of 58.
