It’s certainly going to be busy at the Bush-Hager household, as Jenna Bush Hager and her husband, Henry Hager, have added to their brood — they are officially parents to three little kiddos.
The Today Show co-host welcomed a baby boy on Friday, August 2 at 9:02 a.m., according to People. Their son, named Henry Harold “Hal” Hager, came in weighing 7 lbs. 5 oz and measured at 19.29 inches.
“He is named Henry after many on his father’s side including his dear dad and his paternal grandfather,” Bush Hager revealed. “Harold comes from my maternal grandfather, Pa, who I loved dearly and was unable to keep a son long enough to name.”
Little Hal joins his two big sisters, 6-year-old Mila Laura and almost 4-year-old Poppy Louise. “His sisters are thrilled to have a little brother and already nicknamed his nickname, exclaiming ‘welcome to the world Hal Pal!’” the proud mama shared.
The birth of their little boy comes less than a week after Bush Hager celebrated her baby shower with her co-workers, including co-host Hoda Kotb, who has been away on her maternity leave since welcoming her second child in April.
Bush Hager shared a sweet photo from the celebration with Kotb, writing, “Tearing up—because I felt so much love from all of these awesome women who lift me up every day, celebrate me, and make me laugh. Sharing this magical, motherhood moment with this mama @hodakotb is one great gift.”
She continued, “And to you all who have encouraged, laughed along, and supported me, my gratitude is endless. Can’t wait to meet this babe and yes, be reunited with my Hoda on @hodaandjenna.”
