Grey’s Anatomy Flashback Video: Meredith and Derek’s Post-It Wedding

Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and Derek (Patrick Dempsey) planned on having a big wedding on Grey’s Anatomy, but it was ultimately derailed when Izzie (Katherine Heigl) got sick with cancer.

However, instead of turning around and just planning a new wedding, Derek decided to do things a little different. In this flashback video, Derek decides to tie the knot with Meredith on a post-it.
