Game of Thrones Video: Iain Glen Reflects On Playing Jorah

There was arguably nobody more loyal in the history of Game of Thrones than Jorah Mormont. Not only did he literally lay his life down to protect his true Queen, Daenerys Targaryen, but he never stopped loving her, despite her not being able to love him back in the same way, until the day he died.

Iain Glen, who played Jorah, reflected on his iconic character and what it was like to play him for eight seasons.

“Iain would say to Joran, ‘Don’t expect any favors from that girl. Be kind to yourself.’ That would be my main piece of advice,” Glenn shared. Watch the clip above to remember the iconic character.
