At long last, there’s some happiness in Salem. Namely, a pair of marriage proposals, a special anniversary celebration, and the possibility of an estranged teen couple reuniting; according to the Days of our Lives spoilers preview. Plus, enemies join forces, and some family members surprise loved ones by returning home. Here’s your DAYS video preview for the week of November 4-8, 2024.
Reason to Celebrate
Sweet Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) sits in her wheelchair, snuggling a stuffed animal, and announces, “Happy Anniversary.” Apparently, she’s wishing it to her mother, Maggie (Suzanne Rogers), because later, Brady (Eric Martsolf) arrives at the Kiriakis mansion, hands her a gift, and offers his best wishes to her, too.
Meanwhile, Roman (Josh Taylor), Kate (Lauren Koslow), Abe (James Reynolds), and Paulina (Jackée Harry) clink their glasses in unison. It’s obvious they’re toasting a special occasion.

A Big Surprise
Paul (Christopher Sean) returns home, and he’s planning something big. He’s in the park with Brady when they run into Johnny (Carson Boatman) and Tate (Leo Howard). “Can you guys keep a secret?” Paul asks them. “I plan on popping the question.”
Later, we see Andrew (Colton Little) totally surprised when Paul gets down on one knee and proposes to him. All Andrew can do is gasp.

Another Proposal
And that’s not the only proposal of the week. Rafe (Galen Gering) decides it’s time for him and Jada (Elia Cantu) to take the next step in their relationship. “I want to spend the rest of my life with Jada,” he reveals to someone.
Moments later, Rafe is at the hospital, where he drops to one knee, holding a ring box in his hand in front of a surprised Jada. Will Jada agree to be his wife?

Happiness and Homecomings
There are some more happy homecomings, too. Marlena’s thrilled to open her front door and see her daughter Belle (Martha Madison) standing there. Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) is equally delighted when JJ (Casey Moss) shows up at the Horton home.
Finally, one of Salem’s happiest couples, Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans), share a passionate kiss. Then Julie peruses the photos on her fireplace mantle and picks up a picture of her and Doug (Bill Hayes) on their wedding day. It brings an immediate smile to her face.
