Monday, July 20, 2026 – Episode #15425
Leo (Greg Rikaart) and Chad (Conner Floyd) had a business meeting. Belle (Martha Madison) arrived to talk with Chad about the chessboard. They filled Leo in but told him not to tell Marlena (Deidre Hall). Belle revealed to Chad that all clues lead to Italy. They decided to take a trip. Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) informed Rafe (Galen Gering) that she got Stefan’s (Brandon Barash) inheritance. They discussed her plan to set up a trust for Ari (Vico Escorcia). Rafe wasn’t thrilled to learn Gabi had teamed up with Leo and Gwen (Emily O’Brien) to take on the knock-off industry. Leo had a session with Marlena where he admitted Javi (Jacob Martinez) is happy with his new boyfriend Gus (Michael Ocampo), and he doesn’t want to hurt Javi. Marlena commented on his growth. Leo also told her about working with Gwen and Gabi. Tate (Leo Howard) showed Brady (Eric Martsolf) the drugs he found in Holly’s (Ashley Puzemis) go-home bag. Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) spotted them, and so Tate gave her the drugs. Brady searched Holly’s room at the Kiriakis mansion but came up empty-handed. Tate and Sarah confronted a devastated Holly, who denied the drugs were hers. Sarah tried to sedate Holly, but she didn’t take the pill. When Tate and Sarah left, Holly snuck out of her hospital room. EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) flashed back to planting the drugs in Holly’s bag.
Tuesday, July 21, 2026 – Episode #15426
Xander (Paul Telfer) told Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) that Gabi’s inheritance had come in. Their happiness was short-lived. Gabi arrived and told them Titan wasn’t getting a dime because they stole her designs. Philip and Xander denied her claims, but she didn’t buy it. Things turned ugly as Philip and Gabi hurled insults about betrayal. When she left, Philip and Xander blamed each other. Xander declared Philip had to use his former relationship with Gabi to smooth things over. Philip balked. Gabi was frustrated that Gwen didn’t answer her calls. Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) informed Lexie (Nikki Crawford) of her plan for them to leave town. Lexie agreed to switch places with Kristen, so she will live out her days on DiMera Island while Kristen disappears. They just needed to find out when EJ planned to kidnap Kristen and then put Lexie in the crate instead. Foster (Miles Anderson) asked Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) out again to a concert, but she declined because it was Irving Berlin music, which Doug (Bill Hayes) loved. Foster was taken aback when Julie suggested he ask Marlena out. They talked about life after loss, and Foster insisted they had to live life to the fullest; that is what their spouses would have wanted. Julie agreed to another date. Lani (Sal Stowers) and Eli (Lamon Archey) celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary. Kristen ran into Lani and got emotional over their friendship. When she left, Lani wondered to Eli what was up with Kristen.
Wednesday, July 22, 2026 – Episode #15427
Gabi ran into a very ill-looking Holly in Horton Town Square. Holly made a quick exit because Gabi was distracted. Leo discovered Holly about to pass out at the Salem Inn and called 911, much to her dismay. Gus arrived. Sarah called Xander after finding out Holly had left the hospital. Xander learned from Gabi that Holly had headed to the Salem Inn and showed up as Gus was checking her out. Holly agreed to go back to the hospital with Xander. Sarah fought with Holly, who declared she would only talk to Xander or EJ. Holly then blasted Sarah further and insisted she wanted a new doctor. Gus informed Sarah that Holly was just dehydrated and wasn’t on drugs. Brady filled Xander in on the situation with Holly and the pills, but Xander didn’t buy it. Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) offered Cat (AnnaLynne McCord) a job once Gwen took over the hospital. Cat declined, admitting she was staying on as EJ’s personal assistant. Kayla warned her about trusting EJ. Cat admitted EJ was trying to reach Gwen, but couldn’t, which raised red flags for Kayla. When Kayla left, Cat called Andrew (Colton Little) to place a trace on Gwen’s phone, fearing EJ had done something to her. Rita (Maggie Carney) filled EJ in on Gwen missing and suspected her boss was behind it. They discussed the hospital, Holly, and EJ taking on Amy (Shi Ne Nielson). Cat arrived and grilled EJ about Gwen. Leo and Gabi also compared Gwen notes and realized something wasn’t right.
Thursday, July 23, 2026 – Episode #15428
Kristen informed Lexie that EJ planned to kidnap her the next day. They discussed their escape plan. Kristen told Lexie she could always change her mind. Lexie admitted this was her only option. Kristen gave her a geolocator bracelet that matched hers so Lexie would know where to find her. Abe returned home to the apartment with his and Lexie’s wedding rings that he had kept all this time. They exchanged vows as Lexie struggled to hide her condition. Lexie told Abe she was leaving the next night to visit her mother. Rachel (Lorelei Olivia Mote) was thrilled when Marlena and Brady told her she was going home tomorrow. Kristen showed up and had an emotional moment with her daughter. Brady clocked that something was off with Kristen, but hid it in front of Rachel. Chad booked him and Belle a trip to Italy. Belle changed the itinerary a bit. They filled Marlena in on their travel plans but kept the reason why a secret. Stephanie (Abigail Klein) vented to Belle about the situation with Joy (AlexAnn Hopkins and Alex (Robert Scott Wilson). Belle reminded her the only thing that could tear Stephanie and Alex apart was her pushing him away. Alex and Stephanie had a heart-to-heart. He appreciated her support amid the Titan drama. Stephanie promised he could lean on her. Chad and Alex compared notes over the latest EJ, DiMera/Titan feud. They both agreed the Kiriakis and DiMera family feud needed to stop. Shawn (Brandon Beemer) and Jada (Elia Cantu) discussed his getting off desk duty at the PCPD. Jada vowed to find him the perfect new partner. She also admitted that she would miss living with him, since he was almost recovered and would be able to go home soon.
Friday, July 24, 2026 – Episode #15429
Johnny blasted EJ for setting up Holly. EJ reminded his son that it was either Holly or their family. Xander and Sarah bonded over their hatred of EJ and everything that had happened with Holly. Sarah warned Xander to be careful in his quest to take down EJ. At the DiMera offices, Xander found a raging Johnny and begged him to tell the truth about the pills. As they were talking, Xander had a flashback and realized he had left Holly’s go-home bag alone at the nurse’s station when he brought it to the hospital. Xander bolted out. Kayla and Steve (Stephen Nichols) talked about Gwen missing over breakfast. Steve learned from Shane (Charles Shaughnessy) that Gwen’s phone hasn’t been used in a day and looped in the Salem PD. Brady and Steve met up. Steve informed Brady that DiMera Pharmaceuticals likely cut a bad batch of Coriseal, then took got rid of it and covered it up. They took the intel Steve had to Sarah and Kayla. Brady and Sarah realized they may have judged Holly too quickly. Leo discovered Gwen didn’t sleep in her hotel room the night before. He informed Cat of Gwen’s dead man switch file containing evidence against EJ and appealed to her ISA-agent side. Cat promised to keep EJ in the dark. EJ warned Melinda (Tina Huang) to get Amy to drop the lawsuit against Holly, or he would hold Amy responsible for Sophia’s (Rachel Body) death and actions against Johnny. Leo also met with Melinda but learned the file Gwen left for Leo in case of her death was gone. Alone in her room, Cat combed through the file. EJ called Rita in a fit of rage and demanded she get rid of Kristen now.
