Days of our Lives: MarDevil on the Prowl

Decked out in a red devil costume, the totally possessed Marlena Evans Black (Deidre Hall) stands in the middle of the Salem cemetery ready for some fiendish action. Namely, wreaking havoc. And she’s thoroughly enjoying every minute of it. “I kill myself,” cracks MarDevil, who’s ready to stir up lots of trouble and promote all things sinful.

DOOL Spoilers: A Sinful Week

It going to be one devilish week on several fronts, starting with the sexual tension that’s been building between Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) and Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering). Sharing a drink with her pal, Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun), at Julie’s Place, Nicole assures her, “Rafe and I are just friends.”

However, it looks like that won’t be the case for much longer. Cut to the Basic Black offices where Rafe and Nicole are going at it on the conference room table, finally giving in to passion.

DAYS Spoilers: A Surprise Murder

While Rafe is otherwise engaged, his Salem PD counterpart, Eli Grant (Lamon Archey), is hard at work on the force. He approaches Ava and Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) with some shocking news. “There’s been a homicide,” he announces. However, he doesn’t go so far as to tell them who’s been murdered.

Days of our Lives: Grave Shocker

Then a frantic Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) turns up at the cemetery. She has a shovel in hand and begins furiously digging up a grave. When she reaches the coffin and opens it up, she screams, “Jake!” Yes, he’s in the box. But is he really dead or is it just a Halloween hoax?
