DAYS Spoilers Weekly Video Preview: Joyous Wedding, Tentative Proposal

Wedding bells are finally ringing for one of the town’s most perplexing couples, Abe Carver and Paulina Price, but it’s Salem, so there’s bound to be a surprise or two. And speaking of surprises, Lucas Horton has one for Sami Brady. DAYS spoilers weekly video preview centers on two popular couples and their pending futures.

While one couple looks like they’re about to embark on their happily ever after, the other could totally be destroyed if an explosive secret is revealed. Here’s your Days of our Lives spoilers video preview for the week of June 20 – June 24, 2022.

Days of our Lives: Mark the Date

“Juneteenth,” says Paulina (Jackée Harry), who wants her nuptials to coincide with the day that commemorates the end of slavery in the Confederate States. And her groom wholeheartedly agrees. “The perfect day for a wedding,” responds Abe (James Reynolds).

Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) proudly walks his mother-in-law down the aisle, and there are even a couple of special guests on hand. Marla Gibbs is back as Paulina’s mother, Olivia Price, and Cameron Johnson is on hand as Abe’s son, Theo Carver.

It looks like Abe and Paulina actually do get married. At one point Paulina proclaims, “We are finally jumping that broom today,” referring to the tradition that symbolizes a new beginning and a sweeping away of the past. And the preview shows the bride and groom post broom “jump” – a great sign – and the assembled guests applauding their union.

DAYS Spoilers: Tentative Proposal

Love is in the air for Sami (Alison Sweeney) and Lucas (Bryan Dattilo), too. “I want you to be my wife,” Lucas tells Sami. However, viewers know he’s keeping a huge secret from her: the fact that he and not EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) is the person who actually kidnapped her.

Could Lucas finally be ready to level with Sami and let the chips fall where they may? “I have something to confess,” reveals Lucas. But is it his abduction secret or something else entirely — like that he fell off the wagon the night his niece was murdered?

Sami offers her reassurance. “Lucas, I love you no matter what,” she responds. “Just tell me.” Would Sami really forgive and forget if Lucas does ‘fess up? Viewers will have to tune in to find out. See it for yourself in the video below.
