DAYS spoilers weekly update for July 31 – August 4, 2023, tease that the week ahead has some familiar faces being seen again in Salem, two weddings, and one very lonely Leo. Tune in next week so you can catch all of the action in Salem!
This past week in Salem was an emotional one. Abe (James Reynolds) was finally reunited with those he loves but unfortunately still can’t remember who he is. No matter, he had a heartwarming farewell with Lani (Sal Stowers) before she returned to the prison in Maryland. Paulina (Jackée Harry) slapped his captor Whitley (Kim Coles) silly but it didn’t solve anything.
EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) and Nicole (Arianne Zucker) saw the specialist, who wanted to take a DNA sample from EJ to check his genetic markers. They were thrown to learn Sloan (Jessica Serfaty) is also pregnant, and EJ worried about Nicole’s reaction. Sloan freaked out about EJ getting tested and by the end of the week, Nicole learned that the results were back — but Sloan intercepted them.
Coming up, it’s a double wedding at the DiMera mansion. While one couple’s ceremony has been longed for, the other one is a bit of a surprise that it will even happen. No one can argue that Stefan (Brandon Barash) and Gabi (Camila Banus) have longed for this moment but there’s a lot of drama for Dimitri (Peter Porte) and Gwen (Emily O’Brien) — as well as Leo (Greg Rikaart) — and now Leo has stopped the wedding to say his peace.
