DAYS Spoilers Video Preview: Getaways, Trysts and A Honeymoon Baby?

The DAYS spoilers video preview teases that a new duo – well, sort of – hits the sheets. A slew of Salemites take off on a trip. And Ben Weston and Ciara Brady Weston finally take their honeymoon, but is a baby next on the agenda for the newlyweds?

Here’s your Days of our Lives video preview for the week of August 30 – September 3, 2021. It’s filled with romance, surprises, and pending adventures for your favorite Salem citizens.

Bye-Bye Salem

Get ready for an end-of-summer getaway for a bunch of characters, as the soap gears up for its Peacock spin-off Days of our Lives: Beyond Salem. John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena Evans Black (Deidre Hall) are standing outside their condo door with their suitcases packed. “Next stop is Zurich,” John announces to his wife.

Across town, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) mutters, “Phoenix,” to someone, while sitting at a bar. Is he talking about the city, the DiMera symbol of strength and resilience, or both?

Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) and Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) are part of the action, too, as Anna tells her husband, “We have to pack. And while out to dinner with Abe Carver (James Reynolds), Lani Price Grant (Sal Stowers) and Eli Grant (Lamon Archey), Paulina Price excitedly blurts out, “Miami here we come.”

DAYS Spoilers: Lovers New and Old

New couple Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) and Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) enjoy more of each other’s company in Xander’s hotel room. Xander apparently decides on another romp with Gwen over breakfast, which is sitting on a tray on his bed, when he pulls her in for a passionate kiss and more.

Then, in a surprise turn of events, Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) rolls over in bed next to Brady Black (Eric Martsolf). But is it really what it seems? Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) definitely suspects the worst, when he’s on the phone with Chloe and finds out her business trip took an unexpected turn. “You’re at a hotel with Brady,” he growls.

Honeymoon Baby?

Ciara (Victoria Konefal) and Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) hop aboard her motorcycle and take off on their long-overdue honeymoon. It’s totally them, meaning no pomp and circumstance. It’s just good, old-fashioned down-to-earth love. Yes, they’re going camping. The couple makes love inside their tent under the stars, as Ben coos, “This is the way to honeymoon.”

The next morning, the pair are sitting outside their campsite, when Ciara makes a discovery. “I am out of birth control pills,” she announces. The news takes Ben off-guard. Will the duo be on the same page about possibly starting an impromptu family? You’ll have to tune in to Days of our Lives to find out.
